No, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Once your subscription is canceled your account will not be renewed.
How much training is required to use yourEapps.com?
As a web-based solution the user interface is fairly simple to use and navigate. In order to fully take advantage of our software, all customers are required to take our system administrator and user training.
Is training offered online or onsite?
We offer both online training programs. In addition, we can also provide onsite go-live and post-implementation support to ensure you and/or your staff is fully trained on the application.
How much does training cost?
All new customers receive upto four hours of free training (depending on the package option.) Additional services are billed at an hourly rate. Call us to find out the details.

Does yourEapps.com require a special operating system, like Windows XP or Windows 2000?
No special operating system is needed. yourEapps.com is web-based software, delivered to you over the Internet, not stored on a network somewhere. You simply need Internet access and Internet Explorer 6 or higher browser.
How often does your system go down for scheduled maintenance?
All scheduled maintenance is performed during off hours between 1:00 am to 2:00 am PST on Sunday morning. Downtime for maintenance upgrades typically last between 30 to 15 minutes.
Can I host any of applications on myself?
We currently do not have any clients hosting their own servers. However, we can offer product licensing and professional services to implement your own data center.
